Kenny Klaus, Realtor, CRS, ABR, SRES, E-Pro
Kenny Klaus has lived in Arizona since 1974. He grew up in the West Valley and moved to the East Valley in 1990. He got his Real Estate License in 1999 and has been with RE/MAX since 2002. He worked for FEDEX for 13 years prior to becoming a Full Time Realtor. He now is the leader of The Kenny Klaus Team which consists of 9 agents and a full time Transaction Coordinator. He is involved heavily in the community and gives back through time and donations tirelessly. He has worked to obtain his CRS, ABR, and E-Pro designations through continuing education to better serve his team and his clients. His commitment to educate and re-invest in his business has resulted in continually improving client services.
Kraig Klaus, Realtor
Kraig Klaus is a native of Arizona and grew up with Kenny in the West Valley. He moved to the East Valley in 2003 after spending 5 years living in Upstate New York. He has got his Real Estate license in 2003 and immediately joined RE/MAX and The Kenny Klaus Team. Prior to becoming a Full Time Realtor he worked as a Sales Representative for a local newspaper in New York. In addition to his usual Realtor duties Kraig also is responsible for shooting the listing photos and virtual tours as well as the flyers and other marketing related items for The Kenny Klaus Team.
Stephanie Seymour, Office Coordinator
Stephanie Seymour was born in Wisconsin and moved to Arizona in 1997. She has lived in the East Valley since arriving in Arizona. She started working in the Escrow business immediately upon arriving in Arizona and joined The Kenny Klaus Team as a Full Time Transaction Coordinator in 2003. Prior to working in Escrow she worked as Admissions Clerk for a Hospital. Stephanie is primarily responsible for tracking transactions through the escrow period and communicating with the clients, lenders, Escrow Company etc. to insure a smooth closing. She also helps with client communication and coordination throughout the listing. She is the primary point of contact in the office.
Kim Loftis, Realtor, ABR
Kim Loftis is a native of Arizona. She obtained her Real Estate License in 2004 & joined RE/MAX & The Kenny Klaus Team in 2006. Prior to becoming a Full Time Realtor she had 14 years retail experience in Human Resources and Management. Kim has earned her ABR designation through continuing education. She is a listing agent as well as a buyer's agent and also helps out Stephanie in servicing our clients and providing communication throughout the listing and escrow process.
Victor DeStefano, Realtor
Victor De Stefano was born in Chicago and moved to Arizona in 2001. He enrolled in Desert Ridge High School as a freshman it's opening year. In 2006, Victor graduated high school with a Real Estate License resulting in becoming the youngest Realtor in Arizona. He immediately joined RE/MAX and The Kenny Klaus Team. Victor is primarily a buyer's agent but also assists with listings and various other duties as needed.
Mick Varoskovic, Realtor, ABR
Mick Varoskovic was born in Michigan and moved to Arizona in 1973. He obtained his Real Estate License in 2001 and joined The Kenny Klaus Team in 2004. Prior to obtaining his Real Estate License he worked for FEDEX for 20 years. Mick is primarily a Buyer's Agent for The Kenny Klaus Team but also helps out with listings when needed and assists other team members where needed.
